AS YOU CAN SEE THE RED PAINT ON THE HANDLES IS WORN OFF - WON'T EFFECT THE ROLLING.
IT MEASURES 17" OVERALL and the CERAMIC PART is 9".
NO BREAKS or CHIPS ON ROLLER PART.
