Vintage Wooden Tool Utility Box Boston Hotel Touraine

Description

This is a vintage wooden box. It measures about 14 inches wide, 12 inches tall and 9 inches deep and weighs about 10 pounds.
It was found at an estate sale so I'm not sure of its origins.
It has two labels on the top that read "Hotel Touraine Boston".
The wood is some kind of plywood. The box is strong but does have some dings, scratches, etc.
A couple of the nails on one of the hinges are a small way out (I think they could easily be hammered back in) which allow the lid to move less than 1/4 inch from where is should be but this isn't a big problem even if it's not repaired. The nails are still firmly in.
It's a blueish gray color. I think the upclose photo of the hinge shows the color the best.
