This vintage metronome by Crystalab Metronoma has been tested and it Works.  The light and volume both work, but the volume can not be increased or decreased.  The volume knob turns but volume remains the same.  The light and sound speed changes to faster when the dial is moved from left to right.  It is slowest at far left with the rate of 1light/sound per 5 seconds, and it is fastest at the far right with the light and sound going steadily.
