Item works including light and on/off switch. Small nick above dial knob - cannot see when pointer covers. Volume control on back works, but level change is slight, and did not turn completely off. Adjustment knob works and instrument slows and increases as set - but I did not calibrate the counts. Please see all the pictures for overall condition.
