Using pastry cloths and rolling pin covers requires the use of less flour to create a non-stick surface for perfect pie and pizza crusts, biscuits, pastas, and pastries. Flour is absorbed into the fabric - not the dough - leaving the dough light and flakey. Use and Care: 1) Before using, rub flour generously into cloth and rolling pin cover. Rub in well. 2) After using, shake out well. Fold and store in refrigerator. 3) To clean: scrape off excess flour. Soak cloth in warm water for several hours. Scrub with a small brush if needed. Rinse well. Lay flat to dry. Made in USA
