    Description

Restored rustic antique Chinese cabinet in the Ming style, originally purchased in Shanghai in 1996. Beautiful light elm finish with traditional brass hardware. This is a rather large cabinet which is in two parts, stacked. This allows the cabinet to be moved more easily. The lower cabinet (40" tall") has one shelf and 2 drawers above the doors and the upper cabinet (44" tall) has 2 drawers inside plus a shelf. It holds a lot! The center post can be removed in both the lower and upper cabinets for storing large items or for displaying items. The tops of both pieces are painted black in the traditional way. A very authentic piece that can be used for storage, converted to a media cabinet, or used in a showroom or shop to display items. Similar Chinese armoires/cabinets sell for tens of thousands of dollars.  Prefer local pick up.  Shipping would be difficult and expensive.  Cost TBD
Dimensions are:  43" wide, 20 7/8" deep and a total of 84" tall (40" for the bottom piece and 44" for the top piece).
