    The weight does not stay up, can't tell if bell is working as it is at the fastest speed
    The mechanism is marked Made in USA America
    It looks like there was a cover on the bottom at one time as there is a small screw tab on one side, the other one is missing
    Wood has surface wear and a few scratches
