Antique Large Mingei Display Shelf.
Solid Rosewood Mingei Case, heavy for its size. Square design, center ledge. This old beauty is showing her age at the tenon joins, pictures noted. One shelf has a natural bend in it, natural drying over time can do that to wood. Case is a solid structure, separation in joins do not weaken it in any manner.
Picture of bottom indicates it may have been on a small chest of draws long ago. Decorative indentation in front of case mimics bamboo.
