This is a 170 year old
antique Chinese painted cabinet from the Qing
Dynasty  (c. 1850).
There are two shelves inside this cabinet with two doors (removable).
It is made of solid Chinese
Yumu
elm wood.  All the metal hardware is hand forged bronze. Every side is intricately carved and painting over a vibrant red base. There are sense like would be found on painted scroll and various floral motifs including peonies.
All doors open smoothly and along with a century old patina this cabinet remains in
fine
original antique
condition.
It measures 15" wide by 22'' tall by 9" deep (38x 56 x 23 cm).  A very striking accent for your home or office. A wonderful piece of to celebrate Chinese history. Please enjoy the enlarged pictures to get a full appreciation of the craftsmanship.
